Scope of Project

28,000 sq. ft. total office/warehouse planned of pole barn type construction. A variety of building configurations are available, customized to user specifications, and utilizing the latest alternative energy (AE) technology in design and construction. Builders are offered in duplex units from 2176 sq. ft. up or single use buildings of 5-8,000 sq. ft. each. The project is begin implemented as a cooperative and will be designated as a Renaissance Zone which will offer significant tax incentives to the owners.

 

 

Location

3/4 mile south of Chum's Corners on M-37, Blair Township, with 5 acres total and 700 feet high visibility of M-37 South. Located just north of Gauthier's Archery, same side.

  • Single units start at $169,700 completed to rough construction.
  • Purchase a whole duplex and lease one side as you grow.
  • Lease with option to purchase plans available.
  • Tax incentives may include: elimination of states sales tax, property tax, income tax, single business tax, plus federal tax credits for equipment installation.
